Ayurveda is a natural healing system which uses diet, routines, practices and lifestyle to address one's health concerns - Helping to sustain a healthy way of life - It teaches and reminds us how to move with the rhythms and cycles of nature.

An Ayurvedic Consultation

provides a holistic and natural approach to assist you with achieving your wellness goals, reducing dis-ease in the mind and body, and maintaining balance, good health, and wellbeing.

This consultation will cover the following:

  • Determining your Dosha (individual mind - body constitution) 

  • Current imbalances in the body, mind and emotions

  • How to cultivate balance, through diet, routines, practices and lifestyle.

  • How to eat for your individual needs and mind-body constitution (recipes provided) 

  • Digestive health

  • Weight management 

  • Methods for clearing toxins in the body through daily cleansing and detox practices.

  • Meditation, yoga, and breathing techniques to manage health and emotions.

  • Self-care practices that nourish and nurture the body.

  • Stress management 

  • Cultivating intuition and a strong connection with your body to address how you feel.

  • Hormonal imbalance

  • Fitness for your individual constitution

  • Sleep quality

All of these will be tailored to your needs and individual constitution. We will be utilizing the right kind of foods, practices, meditation, and breathing to create a personalized wellness plan for you.

The consultation process includes:

​

  1. An in-depth questionnaire and assessment about you- your lifestyle, your concerns, current symptoms and imbalances in the mind, body and emotions.

  2. An in person or online consultation to discuss your assessment, concerns and determine your individual mind-body constitution (doshas).

  3. After, you will receive a Personalized Wellness Plan with diet, routines, recipes, and practices (tailored for your individual constitution, wellness goals, and lifestyle) to follow and keep on track. 

  4. Daily support will be provided and a follow consultation up at 3 - 4 weeks.
