Yield approximately 12 mini cookies
Ingredients
2 Bananas
1/4 Cup Apple Sauce (unsweetened)
1 1/4 Cup Oats
Pinch of salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tbl Cocoa Nibs
2 tbl Almonds, slivered or crushed
Method
Mash bananas and apple sauce together in a bowl, using a fork or potato masher.
Stir in all of the other ingredients and mix well.
Scoop your cookie batter onto a lined baking tray, and bake in the oven for approximately 12-15 minutes. Cool before snacking.
