Butterfly Pea Coconut Latte
Makes 2 Servings
Ingredients
1 Cup Water
1/2 tsp Butterfly Pea Powder
1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
1 Cup Coconut Milk (or any non-dairy milk of choice)
1 tsp Maple syrup
Method
Drizzle maple syrup on the rim of your teacups.
Add water, butterfly pea powder and cardamom powder to a pot and heat on the stove until it comes to a gentle boil. Turn off the heat and pour in your teacups.
Add coconut milk to the pot and heat it up on the stove. Transfer to a French press and give it a few pumps for about 30 seconds until nice and frothy. Pour over your butterfly pea tea and enjoy!
