Creamy & Thick Avocado Dressing- Vegan dressings & dips

Thick, creamy, and incredibly tasty!

This creamy Avocado dressing is packed with flavour, and can be used in variety of ways. You can use it for dressing burgers, sandwiches, salads, tacos, burritos, or even as a dip with veggies and crackers.

It's super easy-to-make; simply add everything to a food processor, blend and serve!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Avocado

  • 2 Garlic cloves

  • 2 Pimentos (seasoning peppers)

  • Juice from half of a lemon

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 Tbl Parsley flakes

  • 3 Tbl Coconut milk

  • 1 tsp Agave


Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a food processor or blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Transfer to a bowl or container. You can serve this creamy dressing with a variety of dishes.


Tasty Tips: I served this Creamy Avocado dressing with a fresh salad; consisting of lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, cranberries, almonds & pumpkin seeds, with a few slices of Avocado.


I also used this Creamy dressing on Tortillas with salad toppings, grilled vegan sausage and vegan mozzarella for a fresh and wholesome lunch.


This thick dressing is also perfect for, spreading on bread, crackers and more.
