It is important for me that Gaia and Arius maintain a healthy diet and eating habits while at school. I pack their lunch kits with nutritious homemade meals, homemade snacks with natural sweeteners, fruit, or store-bought snacks that contain minimal processed sugars and ingredients. I strongly believe that a healthy and balanced diet allows them to function and focus well during school and maintain strong immune systems.
