Are you ready for some guilt free indulgence? I've got you covered with this decadent, refined sugar free and dairy free peanut butter, date caramel sauce! It's super rich and delicious and can be used for frostings, sweetening smoothies, topped on pancakes, crepes and many more.

See below for this super easy-to-make caramel.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Coconut Milk (unsweeted)

  • 1/2 Cup Date Paste

  • 1/4 Cup Peanut Butter (unsweeneted)

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a pot on medium heat.

  2. Whisk continuously until all ingredients are combined and smooth.

Servings Tips: You can serve this caramel on cakes, bread, crepes, pancakes or even blended in smoothies. There lots of ways you can use this caramel sauce for naturally sweetening a variety of desserts and smoothies.

Note: If you do not have date paste, you can make your own by soaking approximately 12- 16 pitted dates in some warm water to soften them. Then strain and blend in a high speed blender or food processor.
