For The Pineapple- Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl


Ingredients


  • 3- 4 Frozen Bananas

  • 3 Tbl Vanilla Almond Milk @califiafarms

  • 1/4 C Pineapple, diced

  • 1 Tbl Peanut Butter @thesweetbeet_tt


Method


  1. Blend all ingredients using a high speed blender until it's well combined, smooth and creamy.


For The Maple Almond- Coconut Cluster

Maple Almond- Coconut Cluster


  • 3- 4 Tbl Coconut Flakes

  • 4 Tbl Slivered Almonds

  • 1 Tbl Maple Syrup


Method


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Place all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl, and stir together until the almonds and coconut are well coated with the maple syrup.

  3. Add the mixture to a baking dish and bake in the oven for 3-5 minutes.

  4. Take them out midway through baking and toss with a spatula (this helps to form the clusters). Pop back in the oven and bake until golden brown and crisp.

  5. To serve; top with fresh fruit, a drizzle of peanut butter, and the Maple Almond- coconut Clusters.
