Yield 1-2 Smoothie Bowls
For The Pineapple- Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
3- 4 Frozen Bananas
3 Tbl Vanilla Almond Milk @califiafarms
1/4 C Pineapple, diced
1 Tbl Peanut Butter @thesweetbeet_tt
Method
Blend all ingredients using a high speed blender until it's well combined, smooth and creamy.
For The Maple Almond- Coconut Cluster
Ingredients
Maple Almond- Coconut Cluster
3- 4 Tbl Coconut Flakes
4 Tbl Slivered Almonds
1 Tbl Maple Syrup
Method
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl, and stir together until the almonds and coconut are well coated with the maple syrup.
Add the mixture to a baking dish and bake in the oven for 3-5 minutes.
Take them out midway through baking and toss with a spatula (this helps to form the clusters). Pop back in the oven and bake until golden brown and crisp.
To serve; top with fresh fruit, a drizzle of peanut butter, and the Maple Almond- coconut Clusters.
